Mental Health and Wellbeing

At Scholars School System, we recognise that returning to education can bring both opportunities and challenges. Many of our students are balancing study with work, family, and other responsibilities. This space offers information, strategies, and resources to help you maintain your mental wellbeing.

Urgent Mental Health Support:

If you have a GP, contact them and request an emergency appointment. If the practice is closed, there should be an out-of-hours number available.

If you need immediate mental health support, call 111 and select the mental health option. You can also visit 111 online to check your symptoms. If needed, you may be referred to a local Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) or advised to go to A&E.

You can also call 111 if you:

  • Have run out of prescription medication and cannot contact your GP
  • Need emergency contraception

If you don’t have a GP, you can register with your local practice.

If you feel unable to keep yourself safe, please go directly to your nearest A&E or call 999 for immediate help.
