The Management of Investors in People is delighted to award ‘Gold Status’ to the UK Curriculum and Accreditation Body (UKCAB), a Birmingham-based charitable entity in Higher and Further education, training, community development and humanitarian support initiatives.
The award of a ‘Gold Accreditation Status’ implies that the organisation has the right policies and processes in place but most importantly, it means everyone in the organisation from the CEO down to officers takes ownership in translating policies into practice.
The UKCAB is committed to creating positive and lasting change through its educational, training, community development, and charitable initiatives across the United Kingdom. The organisation continues to work proactively to support communities through a wide range of impactful projects, including those focused on education, hunger relief, renal care awareness, organ donation awareness and access to clean drinking water. This accreditation reflects UKCAB’s dedication not only to the community and people it serves, but also to the staff, volunteers, and partners whose contributions make its work possible.
Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, in his statement said: “We’d like to congratulate UKCAB. Gold accreditation on We invest in people is a fantastic effort for any organisation, and places UKCAB in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”
Commenting on the award, Zahid Bhatti, Founder and Chair of the Board of Trustees for UKCAB, said: “We are incredibly proud to achieve ‘We invest in people Gold Accreditation’. This recognition reflects the dedication, passion, and commitment of everyone involved in UKCAB. Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and this award shows our commitment to supporting them, listening to them and continuing to build an organisation where people can grow, contribute and make a meaningful difference.”

That's why we've already helped more than 11 million people across 75 countries to make work better.
And you know what, we’re just getting started…
We are a community interest company, which means we put our purpose before our profits. That means everything we do and every direction we take is done to make work better.
Organisations that meet the We invest in our people framework are proud to display their accreditation to the world.
Because they understand that it’s people that make work better.
