Scholars School System is a project of UK CURRICULUM & ACCREDITATION BODY (UKCAB, a registered charity founded in 2006) having campuses across the United Kingdom, is looking for an Associate Dean – Quality Assurance across all campuses which includes Birmingham, Manchester, London, Bradford and Leicester campus based in the Birmingham campus. 
 
Scholars School System is a national independent higher education provider, offering world class education. Taught programmes, ranging from Foundation Year through to Level 7, delivered in partnership with institutions such as Leeds Trinity University. Over 5000 (UK and EU) learners have successfully completed their learning journey in the last five years with the current student population is over 3000.

Reports to: Head of Quality Assurance 
 
 
Purpose 
 
Scholars School System is seeking to appoint a Quality Assurance Officer with experience in Quality Managment in a Higher education setting or related sector. 
Responsibilities 
 
 
 
·       Review of Quality Report 
·       To validate accuracy of raw data 
·       Monitor and enhance quality processes for better standardisation. 
·       Periodically monitor distributed templates 
.       Pay periodic visits to the different centres 
.       Other tasks assigned by Management  
 
 
  
 
 
Requirements 
 
 
 
·       Proficient in analysing and interpreting data  
.       Excellent communication skills both verbal & written 
.       Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams, including IT, Marketing, Retention, Placement and Student Support. 
 
 
Salary and Benefits 
 
·       £24,000 – 30,000 annum based on experience 
 
·        Basic hours are 9am to 6pm on site 
 
·        Trips away from the office are often required  
 
·        Holiday entitlement is 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays 
 
·        Up to £5k annual incentives pro-rata given quarterly on meeting KPIs upon successful probation period 
 
·        3% annual increase per year on completion from your start date of service and on meeting KPIs
