Scholars School System is a project of UK CURRICULUM & ACCREDITATION BODY (UKCAB, a registered charity founded in 2006) having five campuses across the United Kingdom, which includes Birmingham, Manchester, London, Bradford and Leicester.

Scholars School System is seeking to appoint a Training Coordinator with experience in planning, organizing, and implementing training programs for university staff, faculty, and students in a Higher education setting or related sector.

Responsibilities:

Training Needs Assessment:

·         Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs across departments.

·         Collaborate with department heads and managers to determine specific training requirements.

·         Program Development and Implementation

·         Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including workshops, seminars, online courses, and other educational activities.

·         Coordinate with subject matter experts to create relevant and impactful training content & Schedule training sessions and ensure all logistical arrangements are in place.



Facilitation and Delivery:

·         Facilitate training sessions or workshops as needed.

·         Ensure that training programs are engaging and effective, utilizing various instructional techniques and formats.



Evaluation and Feedback:

·         Develop and implement evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness.

·         Collect and analyze feedback from participants to continuously improve training programs.

·         Report on training activities and outcomes to senior management.
Resource Management:

·         Manage training materials, resources, and budget.

·         Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, completion rates, and feedback.



Compliance and Standards:

·         Ensure all training programs comply with university policies and external regulations.

·         Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in training and development.



Collaboration and Communication:

·         Work closely with HR, department heads, and external vendors to coordinate training activities.

·         Communicate training schedules, updates, and information to all stakeholders effectively.




Experience:

·         Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in an academic or educational setting.

·         Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
Skills:

·         Excellent organizational and project management skills.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
